Spring has Sprung

Let's be honest, today's look is really all about the sandals.  They would make any outfit special.  We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at K&Elphy's SS '16 collection and we have been planning ways to wear these beauties ever since!  For those of you that enjoy twining with your tot (or just appreciate a great sandal), good news, adult sizes are available as well!  You can even order in a matching set.  We adore the blue pop tassel on these guys so much that it has become our inspiration for the week....blue, blue and more beautiful cobalt blue to come.  You can pick your own tassel color too!  Head on over to the K&Elphy shop on Etsy and get started...

Initial 'E'

For those among you old enough to appreciate the reference, we are reminding ourselves a little bit of Laverne and Shirley today (a more modern version, of course!).  Today's brooch collection is an assortment of vintage initials.  At the moment we are kind of obsessed with collecting these and our hoarding tendencies give us a bit of anxiety to suggest that others go out and do the same...you might get all the good ones!  We think this is a great gift idea, particularly for that special someone who doesn't seem to actually need anything...well, they just don't know yet that they need one of these gems.  Happy hunting...

Butterfly Kisses

Today's pin/brooch collection actually comes as a set so that makes it super easy.  In fact, this is not even half of them, so you could really go to town, especially on an adult jacket.  They also mix well with other types of brooches...these have been around for awhile so they've been worn every which way.  There is a bug set also that we just picked up as well....can't wait to play with that one soon...!

The Little Prints

As you've witnessed we like a brooch or two so this week we are bringing out some of the collection...in collections.  Today's group highlights printed button pins, some paper, some laminated paper and others vintage fabric, all in the mix.  We've also decided to mix our plaids.  Keeping all the pattern in one tight color palette helps us pull it off.

Crazy Eyez

When we last saw you we had our eyes on our shoes and today we're showing up with eyes ALL OVER our sweater.  We recently discovered Baby Degen knitwear and have found their color and pattern use to be a beautiful breath of fresh air.  Beautiful, fun and unique baby gifts galore.  Consider us inspired!  Technically we are beyond their size range but luckily the largest size still works for us.
