Off the Shoulder

Monday's blue tassel inspired today's full on fringe sandal.  You are aware of our weakness for fringe but this rich blue is equally intoxicating so double whammy!  The neck tie is a little trendy but we needed a bit of color and excitement up top and, we have to say, it's actually quite charming, especially with the off the should top....
