There's just something about a two year old in a metal tee!
We look forward to weekend strolls and especially adore trips to our local book shop. We cannot get enough of picture books and it's always a special treat to pick up a new one on a whim. Currently we are obsessed with pirates and read the same two pirate stories EVERY night! Needless to say the adults in the house were due a fresh pirate tale or two to throw into the mix. We picked up Trick Arrr Treat and the Golden Book How to Be a Pirate. As always we were first drawn to the painterly illustrations...it looks like they will serve as some great inspiration, because...we're pretty sure there's a pirate costume in our not too distant future!
